Dr. Sood earned her Doctor of dental surgery Degree in 2008 from the prestigious University of Himachal Pradesh. She then entered into academics as a Lecturer in Bhojia Dental College and Hospital followed by being appointed as a House Surgeon in Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research(PGIMER) Chandigarh.
Dr Arjita Sood started her first private practice in 2010 in Gurgaon along with an association with Life-Aid Hospital as Head Of Dental Department from 2012 to 2014.
Dr. Sood has been practicing comprehensive dentistry for over 15 years now. The combination of her artistry skill, technical ability & state of the art equipment & devices are used to perform the most conservative care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
In order to help and give her patients the most optimum standard of care, she continues to attend dental education programs to abreast with latest advancements in all disciplines and/or specialties of dentistry.
Her never-ending educational journey has blessed her with hours of advanced training focusing on cranio-mandibular dysfunctions & rehabilitation, TMJ/TMD pain and restorative/prosthetics using dental implants. By taking a comprehensive, whole body approach to dentistry, she is able to reach the goal of stable healthy form & function. “This has been an important part of my professional career to remain a general practitioner so I can provide my patients with comprehensive treatment and not to be bound by the limitations of one specialty.”
